The staff here were great, very happy to help. Took care of all our needs and booked everything for us at competitive rates.

The location is in the heart of the Old Quarter which is great, but can be noisy at night and especially on the weekend.

The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, and the room had a comfortable desk setup. There were also many quiet cafés nearby where I could switch up my workspace without going too far.

Very dirty, was not cleaned very well. Old towels, pillows, and rugs. The floors and walls were not cleaned at all. Construction next door was very loud and occurred late at night, many sleepless nights.

Great location, very walkable, and we stayed in quiet, dark room on the first floor (despite being close to a noisy street). No open air window but it probably helped cut down on noise. AC worked well and we had hot water.

Nothing terrible, perhaps a bad smell in the hallway and poor ventilation.

Stairwell is grimy and landings are cluttered with storage. Because it's a walkup these things reflect poorly on the lodging. My key worked on the room below mine and I accidentally walked in on people in bed--my fault because I was tired, but it did make me concerned about the security of my own room. Never got the TV to work (but to be fair I think they'd have corrected that if I really cared).

No elevator and a small winding staircase to the upper floors. Breakfast was just ok.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the location in the old quarter was perfect- I was able to walk to all of the attractions I wanted to see.

The room did not quite meet the expectations I had from the photos. Our room had no window so no natural light. The only working lights were the overhead lights that were very bright and harsh. We preferred to hang out in the dark rather than have them on. This was the main thing that made me not want to spend time in our room at all. Maybe they have one nice big room with a window and that is the one shown in the photos. I'm sure if you are given that room, you will have a perfectly nice time. Overall, it was fine and met our needs, but I just expected it to be nicer based on the photos.

One thing I really appreciated was the in-house laundry service. It was quick, cheap, and incredibly convenient — I got my clothes back fresh and folded in under 24 hours. For long-term travelers like me, that’s a huge plus!

The staff are young and energetic, always ready to assist.When I asked about good restaurants, they gave me very detailed recommendations.

I liked everything. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city. Lively evening and night life, many restaurants around. The hotel staff is very friendly and attentive, will help you with any questions, from ordering a taxi to recommendations on how to get to the neighboring city by other means of transport. The price-quality ratio is at a decent level.

Great location with great serviceI really loved this hotel! It’s in a central location in the Old Quarter, just steps away from Beer Street — perfect for enjoying the nightlife and being able to walk back to the hotel in seconds. Despite being so close to all the action, the hotel itself is surprisingly quiet, which was a big plus.The bed was very comfortable. There was no shower gel or shampoo in the room at first, but as soon as I asked, the staff brought it right away. They also cleaned the room every single day, which I really appreciated.The staff were super helpful with anything I needed. I highly recommend this place if you want to be in the heart of the city but still get a good night’s sleep!

I wish AC will be checked before everyone checked in. Because at the first night it was not working.

The people were so sweet and were able to help us with everything! They let us check in at 4am and helped us book a shuttle to the airport!!! ???

Dinh from the reception was very helpful from the moment I made the booking. She helped me arranged also for the booking of my tours. All the staff in the hotel were very accommodating.

Staff was really nice and location was great

It’s very dated and the room didn’t really look like the image. It’s next to a construction site right now but that wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

The room was really clean and spacious. Have a little closet to hang clothes and a nice bathroom with a hot shower. They came in and gave us new towels everyday and emptied the bin (unless you put a sign on the door saying no need for a refresh).

Very conveniently located in the heart of the old quarter. The room had all the basic necessities after a hot day walking around.

The fridge wasn’t working in both rooms we stayed in. The room was ok but very outdated and there were cracks on the floor. The bedding had a few marks on the sheets and the mattress on one side of the bed was uncomfortable due to the springs coming up. The breakfast was a disappointment which was made in a very untidy kitchen area which didn’t look very hygienic. We stayed for three nights and other guests would regularly come in shouting at night and were quite loud in the morning. This wasn’t the hotels fault but was quite frustrating.
